I started this business from 1974 at home in Kandivali, when I did not even have ₹ 11, I started this business by taking ₹ 11 from a friend. My father used to buy cashew puri from someone else and sell it and my mother used to sell papad and we used to survive, I also used to help mother in rolling papad, first of all I started making cashew roti and started giving the goods to the shopkeeper. There was a lot of demand for cashew roti at that time. I used to make the goods with all my heart, mind and emotions. In 1983, I started at a place in Malad Nursing Lane. Took into partnership dry fruit shop in 1990.

In 1993, the place where the goods were made for wholesale was just inside the street, started a retail showroom there and started making cashew katli and dry fruit sweets, and started making goods in a rented place. The price of cashew increased. So, I started making Glucose Chickpeas, in 1996 I started a shop in Parla in partnership and started No Sugar Sweets in which I started making dates and figs Zardalu sweets, in 1996 I took a big space in Daman and started making the goods there and also Started retail showroom,

Took a factory to make sweets in 2000, the work which was started in partnership in 1990, they said that we want to speak separately, out of the portion we got, we established a second retail shop in 2004, now in 2023, the life of the shop will end in Mahavir Nagar. I have kept only one principle - use the best raw material, now we use pharma sugar, use only cashew fadiya from Konkan and use Kashmiri saffron for colour.
